Easy to use

Before the first use and every subsequent use, always sterilise the mesh by placing it in boiling water for a few minutes.

Place the sterilised mesh on top of the fruit or vegetables, with the tabs facing upwards. Then close the jar. The mesh will keep the food below the surface of the liquid, while the tabs will make it easier to remove from the jar.

The product will be hot after sterilisation. Use suitable kitchen utensils to remove it from the water and place it inside the jar. Take care to avoid burns.

Important notice

The intense colours of certain foods and liquids may slightly stain the mesh during use. After repeated sterilisation, it may lose its original transparency. Changes in colour or transparency do not affect its functionality.
