The company KOVINOPLAST LAHARNAR d.o.o., Nad mlini 68, 8000 Novo mestois bound to protect your privacy. If you provide personal data to the company in person, by mail, via online forms, mobile application or other computer systems, as well as through webmail at the company’s web addresshttps://www.kovinoplast.si/ , the company shall comply with them in accordance with the rules of the Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (General Data Protection Regulation) and the Personal Data Protection Act (Official Gazette of the Republic of Slovenia, No. 86/04, 113/05 – ZInfP, 51/07 – ZUstS-A, 67/07 in 94/0, which is laid down in the following privacy statement.

1. General principles for processing personal data

The company ensures that personal data is handled adequately. The company KOVINOPLAST LAHARNAR d.o.o. shall always ensure that:

• personal data is processed fairly, lawfully and transparently,
• adequately, relevantly and to the extent appropriate,
• personal data is accurate and updated – inaccurate and incomplete personal data shall be rectified, deleted or no longer processed,
• personal data shall not be stored longer than necessary,
• personal data shall be processed solely for a specific, unambiguous and legitimate purpose and only for the purpose for which they were obtained,
• personal data shall be secure.

2. Type of personal data

The company KOVINOPLAST LAHARNAR d.o.o. shall collect and process your personal data in many ways, when you contact us through different channels, including our website, e-mail, personal submission and other.
We have to process certain data in order to provide you with the services you desire, while you may decide for yourself on the provision of others. We shall always inform you what personal data we require and what the consequences shall be should you not provide them to us, e.g. that we will not be able to, for example, prepare an employment contract or perform work ordered.
The personal data that we collect and process can in general be divided into the following categories:

• for employment in the company,
• for performance of work ordered,
• for producing and sending offers, invoices and other business communication

We do not collect special categories of personal data, such as race or ethnic origin, political, religious or philosophical beliefs, trade union membership, genetic/biometric data or sexual orientation. The data on health are only required to the extent of ability or inability to perform a work task, which we must have due to prior or preventive medical examination.

3. Why do we process your personal data

Your personal data is processed for legitimate grounds only and are processed in general only if:

• you allowed us such processing and you have provided us with data for processing yourself,
• processing is urgent for implementation of the works contract, for normal business processes and marketing purposes or to carry out an order.

4. Consent

You may decide yourself not to provide the company KOVINOPLAST LAHARNAR d.o.o. with the requested data, however in this case, we cannot draw up an employment contract or perform ordered works.

5. Transfer and provision of access to personal data to third parties

The company KOVINOPLAST LAHARNAR d.o.o. undertakes to perform adequate security measures for the protection of your personal data, protection from loss, misuse and alteration.

8. Your rights

You have to right of access to personal data about you that we process subject to specific statutory exemptions. If you desire, you can object to the collection and further processing of your personal data, and in addition, you may rectify them if necessary. You may also request restriction of processing from us.
We shall delete or rectify any information that is inaccurate or obsolete if the user requires from us to do so.
If you do not agree with our processing of your personal information, you can file a complaint with the local authority for data protection.

9. Complaints

If you would like to complain about personal data processing, you can notify us at any time. We shall review your complaint and contact you if we need further information. The receipt of your complaint or objection shall be confirmed within five working days. Any complaint or objection shall be processed within one month. At any time before, during or after the appellate proceeding you may also submit the complaint to the local authority for data protection or any other corresponding legal authority.
